Research study entitled (The reality of professional volatility and its relationship to psychological toughness among female students as an application in some colleges and departments of education)The research study conducted by professors at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences aimed to identify the reality of professional instability and psychological hardiness of female students in some colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Babil Governorate. The study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between professional instability and psychological hardiness among female students of physical education and sports sciences. The researcher recommended the development of psychological aspects for female students to have a direct impact on the strength of their professional psychological hardiness, which reflects on their job performance, whether inside or outside the educational institution.
